1) With this contract the lawyer, will give all kinds of judicial, administrative and legal assistance necessary for the client who is a citizen of ………………… to acquire Turkish citizenship and make the applications and follow up the procedures.
2) The lawyer shall provide the necessary legal assistance in accordance with the criteria to be made within the scope of the relevant legislation in order for the business owner to become a Turkish citizen and provide the required documents and permits from the public institutions.
In addition, the lawyer, the owner of the real estate in case of demand, registration of land registration, establishment of the company, banking and investment transactions, etc. as well as providing consultancy services for all kinds of formal and commercial business and transactions, and will protect the interests of the client.
3) In order to gain the right to citizenship, the business owner accepts and undertakes to comply with the procedures specified in the legislation, to meet the criteria and to provide the information and documents required by the lawyer in a timely, complete, complete, timely manner.
4) The legal assistance to be given by the lawyer for the acquisition of Turkish citizenship subject to this contract and the works to be performed by him are determined as …………….. USD (………………………….. USD).
